Contract for the personal services of MICHAEL GEDDES on the engagement described below,
between the undersigned purchaser of music (herein called Sponsor) and MICHAEL GEDDES
(herein called Performer).
The Performer is engaged by agreement to fulfill the terms of this contract.
This agreement can be broken by the Performer if he becomes ill or subjected to any other act
of God or condition beyond his control.
The Sponsor shall furnish the Performer with any facilities or services as are considered
customary and adequate for the Performer.

If for any reason, including weather, Sponsor can not comply with the terms of this contract,
Sponsor must pay Performer 50% of the agreed upon price stated in this contract. Provided
Sponsor and Performer can find an agreeable date and time this cancellation fee may be used
as a deposit towards a future date / scheduled performance. The 50% cancellation fee will be
deducted from the cost of new engagement.This new date must be agreed upon within a year of
the signing of this contract.
The sponsor will not change any part of this contract without written consent of performer.
The sponsor in signing this contract, acknowledges his authority to do so and assumes
liability for the amount stated herein.
